Dr. Rosina Connelly is a board-certified pediatrician at Kelsey-Seybold. She completed her medical degree in 1998 at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. She completed a postdoctoral research fellowship in 2001 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She went on to complete her pediatric residency training in 2004 at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. In 2007, she completed her Academic General Pediatrics fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and her Master of Public Health degree in management, policy, and community health at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Connelly's medical career has included caring for children at Texas Children's Hospital's Complex Care Unit and at Urgent Care for Kids Katy. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in October 2022, Dr. Connelly served as a pediatrician and associate medical director at Legacy Community Health Services.
