Great Experience

I had a great experience in dealing with Rey Ugalde. He is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with(phone or email). Having some technical knowledge on HVAC systems, I thought my only option was to buy new equipment, but Rey looked at finding the true root of the problem and was able to resolve it quickly. Explained thoroughly what was wrong and what he did to repair, gave friendly advice on maintenance, as well as to completely check my system for further faults. His pricing is reasonable and I appreciated that he didn't push on an expensive new system when the issue was repairable. It is very hard to find an honest HVAC business that is not trying to rip you off, which is why I'm glad I found AC Comfort!
